Description: For sale this week is a wonderful miniature drawing of an Arabian horse with pyramids and a minaret in the background. It is signed by the artist lower right, J.F. Hoper and dated 1852. It is one of three drawings by the same artist I am selling this week, all cut from a scrapbook album. The drawing is on yellow card backed by thick cream paper and is highlighted by Chinese White. It measures about 10 by 14 centimeters. The image is a strong one and beautifully drawn. It is in good condition with no tears or folds. Please refer to photographs.
