The item has cast scrolling designs, winged cherub angels, and lion head faces that likely had rings in the mouths at one time. The item could be used as a cachepot planter by placing a clay, glass or metal pot inside (see photos). The item is not marked by a maker. This item is antique. The item is from an estate liquidation. The item measures in total about 5.75 inches high, and it is about 7.5 inches wide from side to side at the widest point.
