Portraying General Guan Yu 関羽 from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, behind whom stands Zhou Cang holding General Guan's weapon. Excellent details of both figures, can even see the detailed face of dragons on General Guan's clothes and finish of his weapon. Kogatana: signed Shume-shu Ichinohira Yasuyo 主馬首一平安代, master sword maker of the Satsuma clan in the early 1700s, one of the 21 oowazamono大業物 sword makers. Very good condition with visible hamon.
