Stamps are present on pieces but difficult to discern. The items are likely sterling. The Vermeil shows some wear. Scissors are broken, as pictured and one element (possibly a needle) is missing. The case snap works well. The case shows surface wear but is in otherwise good condition. The case measures 5.5" by 3" by 1".
