'Quarter' vellum binding at spine and around the spine margins of the front and back boards is intact with some minor age wear. Vellum at the outer corner margin edges of the boards is mostly completely rubbed or worn away. Interior of the book is overall clean with some minor, minimal foxing or spotting from age to the pages here and there. Pages are still bright despite the foxing that occurs moderately on some pages like the title page. Book's original binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book totals 270 pages, measures approximately 7 1/8 x 4 3/4 x 5/8 inches and weighs about 1/2 of a pound.
