Description: This listing is for a gorgeous unused handmade childs' night cap from the late 1800s. Beautifully stitched G.G. monogram in red thread. The cotton remains buttery creamy - it has not faded to the pale cream we normally see as this piece has never been used but stored away. This was purchased as one of three. The blue pom pom does not work with any of my schemes so I am letting this little one go (reluctantly). Some marks from storage - may be removed by laundering but I prefer the patina so will allow the new owner to wash or not as is their preference. Can be seen in the pictures. Please zoom in.
