Description: Antique Primitive Salt Glaze Cobalt Leaf 1 Gallon Decorated Stoneware Canning Jar. This piece is in nice overall condition for its age with minor imperfections, crazing/cracks. The jar has an uneven rim which added to the charm of the piece. Great blue cobalt leaf details and the jar is stamped with a “1” for “1 Gallon”. There are no other markings on the jar. Item measures approximately 11” tall at its highest point ( 10.5” where the rim is uneven) and is approximately 6.5” in diameter at the base and 6” in diameter at the opening.
