A small dish in a rich Cobalt Blue cut to Clear, is finished with a clear obelisk stem meant to hold rings. The overall height is is approximately 2 1/2 inches tall with the base measuring 3 inches in diameter. The condition is good used. There are no cracks. No glaring scratches or abrasions. If you run your finger around the inner edge of the base rim, there is some roughness as well as a few teeny flea bites that are rather inconspicuous.
