The Candlestick is made of thick Tin, Japaned Painted Black, then Hand Polychrome Painted. Quality made, and Substantial in weight. A Delightful, Pennsylvania Dutch, Tulip Design. A Chamberstick, with a Strap Handle. RaisedPolychrome Paint, with sharp Detail. Mustard Polychrome Paint, around the Scalloped Border, of the base. And on the edges of the Handle, as well. The Candlestick is in good Antique condition. No damage. It has that much desired age patina of an Antique. Some very old wax temains, in the candle tube. An EXCEPTIONAL, Antique Toleware Piece. Please review the photographs for the condition. The Candlestick measures approximately 6"5 1/2". Approximately 2 1/2" high. A charming Folk Art piece, perfect for the country and primitive collector.
