Measures approximately 8 inches long including the side brackets by 16 inches tall by 3 inches wide. Very dirty and dusty throughout the interior and exterior and will need a good cleaning. Heavy to very heavy scratching, scuffing, surface rusting, paint wear and general wear throughout from age and use. The deepest areas of surface rusting are along the center throughout. The rubber piece on one of the ends is starting to lift rather significantly along its exterior edges throughout, especially along the bottom edge throughout. There are some areas of white paint residue in various places throughout the exterior. See pictures for a better idea of condition.
