Measurements are taken laying flat. Please note that I stretched the garment out when measuring. I wouldn’t push it to the maximum though. I personally think the dress look great as it’s supposed to be worn… a bit relaxed. This dress as pictured on one of my teen idols, Kim Gordon, is pretty epic.
