But if you are a fan of that Pantera and/or Dimebag Darrell searing chainsaw distortion, then this pedal is already for you!I like the middle position, or "Boost off" a little bit better. It sounds mid-scooped, ala Metallica, so you can do your chugga chugga power chords all day long!My favorite is definitely the bottom position, or the "Lo Boost," I think the midrange is more pronounced in this setting though. Perfect for singing leads and solos. But yet the distortion is still muscular enough so you can stay on this setting and crank out some really solid power chords, triads and beyond!All in all, for the price of this pedal, it is definitely a terrific unit with lots of versatility !
