There is a 14-page preface by Henri de Régnier, a color mounted frontispiece; plus 37 additional leaves of plates in B&W and color. 1/150 copies. Text is in French. Original etching on cover by Louis Fort depicting a drawing by Renoir. Preface by French symbolist poet Henri de Regnier (1864-1936). An overview of the nude works by Impressionist painter Auguste Renoir (1841-1919). Fair (spine torn and missing; missing 7 plates and only contains 33 plus the color mounted frontis). The size is 15 1/4" x 11 1/4" There are water stains on the and back covers and on some of the Leaves. The water staining does not bleed into any of the images themselves.
