The game is pretty clear what the Chinese do. They supply a freight forwarding address in the USA, which can take up to 8 weeks to get to them. They claim the package has never arrived, ebay deducts the cost of your item for WEEKS until they come to a solution. The last time this happened to me, Even though the package said delivered, ebay made me pay it back, then I over turned the finding and finally ebay let me have MY money back, and the buyer got his money as well, and the pipe for free. They let computers do their thinking for them until you dispute their "findings" and a real person takes over,Tying your money up for a month.
