According to the CGC census, there are only 6 graded copies. Of those, only 1 is graded 8.0 and just 1 slightly higher. This comic was rated 8.0 (Very Fine) by CGC with "White Pages". One corner of the CGC case shows a tiny hairline crack (see last picture above) but it is smooth/stable and the comic itself is certainly not affected.
