The rug comes from a smoke free and pet free home. The fringe and binding are in excellent condition . The rug has short fringe . The pile is full and thick with no wear on it. With any used rug there could be some fading. The rug was professionally cleaned before it was listed . The rug is missing the Karastan label on the back . The Karastan factory has closed down according to the NY Times issue dated June 6 , 2021. Therefore the rugs will not be made any longer . The price of existing rugs will increase with demand going up. So if you are wanting to purchase one I would suggest buy the one you like and don't wait. Either from me or another seller on ebay.
