Description: ** Price is for one lamp, not the pair** Bestlite BL1 Lamp Designed by Robert Dudley Best for Best & Lloyd Date from the 1950s (not a Gubi re-issue) Modernist/Bauhaus design classic Restored matt, camo green paint to bases and shades Bestlite stamp on the arms2 available ConditionFully working, but not currently PAT tested (advisable to get old lamps checked). Rewired with black vintage flex and fitted with new chrome bulb holders. Light tarnishing/pitting to the metal arms and bulb holders Both lamps had been badly over-painted. They have been stripped and restored in a matt, camo green paint. Although, both lamps have been restored in the same colour paint, there are some variation in the colour (the paint has dried slightly darker on one lamp). Both lamps have some imperfections. The bases and shades have minor dents/creases.Please be aware that these are vintage items.
