Description: This listing is for the skirt only. It is two colors of blue with a sweet black lace, that is enhanced being laid over the solid, lighter color blue. The pic with the full skirt circle shows this blue quite nicely. The darker blue has a tiny black flower print. The multi-rows of fabric are all finished seams on the inside (see pic). I pictured this skirt in the first pic with a black blouse and belt. A royal blue, lighter blue, or white blouse would also look super with this skirt. All those colors work for a petticoat also. The skirt is a size SMALL by Square Up Fashions, made in the USA. The fabric feels fresh and crisp and has no fading, stains, or yellowing. It is labelled 100% cotton, but does not specify the lace. The skirt came out of a crowded closet for these pictures, which I take in a bright south-facing window (which shows you better detail, though darker colors may look lighter). The waist elastic looks good! This is labelled as machine wash, tumble dry. For sizing, please go by the measurements below: SKIRT: SMALL Waist: 28" un-stretched, 37" stretched. Below waist to hem: 20". Please message me for any more measurements or questions. I have way too many Square Dance clothes and ran out of storage space for them - even though I want them all!
