The shipping service includes delivery to a residential address with a lift gate. If the property has a solid surface driveway (not gravel or dirt) the shipper will leave it in your garage / driveway. They will not go inside the home. Please note that if you live in a very remote area, have a curvy driveway, up the hill type of a driveway or have trees that are obstructing the way - the delivery driver will leave the crate at the beginning of the driveway and it will be up to you to handle it from there.
