Description: This set is only missing one piece. A walkway which is circled on the box. The box has wear and some writing. The playset is in very good condition with normal minor wear. Typical sticker wear and lifting. One of the chairs has a broken off leg. I'm not sure if this set came with any paperwork originally but it has none now.
