The kit is for plastic canvas and contains pre-cut plastic canvas, yarn, and instructions. The design depicts a Toy Soldier perfect for your tree, table, mantel, or wreath. The package is closed at the top with tape. I was told by the lady I bought these from that this is how she got it when you purchased and that everything is in the package. Looking at the list of contents on front, the only thing I can not see through the packaging is the needle (which may be hard to see inside). Items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail (your choice). Priority mail includes insurance for lost before delivery or damaged packages. There are No Refunds for packages that show delivered but are stolen after delivery!! Oklahoma residents will be required to pay sales tax on all purchases. We do ship international but higher fees may apply due to duties and insurance costs. Shipping can be combined on multiple purchases to reduce costs. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt only in the event that the item does not match the description.
