It is triple-signed for Election on dial, case and movement, but also features a bunch of hand-engraving as is typical of watches imported by small importers to the US from Switzerland around the end of WWII. It sets and winds fine and kept time within 30 seconds in a 24 hour test. The case is not marked for material, so it is either steel or nickel. I think steel myself. Nice two-color dial, very striking! The watch case diameter is the as a typical 16 size case. The watch is not unusually thin, but sure seems thin in comparison to its width.
