Description: ClearCaptions Blue Telephone for Hearing Impaired Captioning Phone **READ DESC** Purchased this from a sale for selling purposes. When I first plugged it in, it powered right on, brought home, connected to Wi-Fi and it gave me prompt to update software so went ahead and did it (see screenshots on same) but then after the update, it doesn't come on, like it will keep on rebooting and show Welcome Screen (ClearCaptions Logo) over and over again. I wasn't sure what's happening, so I decided to call ClearCaptions customer service and they won't assist unless you have account in their system and qualified for this device, so listing this for Parts or Not Working as I don't know if this can be back in service. Item overall is in excellent condition but does have minor crack on the screen as shown. Comes with power adapter, mounting bracket and accessories. What you see is all you get.
