Description: Collard Greens This is one of our favorite vegetables to grow in the garden! Fresh Collard greens picked just before being boiled are the best!! Cut a few stems, wash & cut into 1-2 inch pieces. Bring a pot of water up to boil & add a tablespoon of butter. Cut up 3 garlic cloves & toss in too. A little seasoning like Completa or Old Bay tastes great! Put the greens in and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat. Papa likes to finish his with Apple Cider Vinegar. Baby girl likes hers with Texas Pete Pepper Sauce.
