His creativity, technical prowess and ability to perfectly routine amazing coin routines... well, it may never be equaled. We can only hope that it someday is, but until then, thank goodness for magic video, which has captured Roth's mastery for future magicians to enjoy and (of course) to study.When Tannen's was putting out their groundbreaking video Stars of Magic VHS tapes -- (yes, VHS tapes were groundbreaking once!) -- they called upon all the top close-up workers of the era: Paul Harris, Frank Garcia, Derek Dingle, Bernard Bilis... you get the idea. And for the coin magic videos, there was only one person they could possibly consider: David RothI love watching Roth because even when I know exactly what he is doing, I cannot see a thing, and marvel at how perfectly he executes each and every move, with subtlety and nuance. This DVD features TWO of Roth's original "Master Class" videos from the Tannen's series.
