Undelivered items always bounce back to us which takes about 10 days we can then re-issue the item back to you.All claims of non delivery will be queried with Royal Mail via the tracking number so we can establish where the items have in fact been delivered so please check with family members to make sure they have not been left on a sideboard and you have not been told about them as once we get the delivery information back from Royal Mail it can be embarrassing to find out you have had it all along :-) Our customers are very important to us, so please contact us with any problems you might have with any of our products before leaving Feedback.
