Description: This great banjo is a 2008 (first year made) Terry Baucom model from Deering's Artist line. Terry Baucom did a video interview in 2008 for Deering describing and playing this model which can be found on YouTube. I am selling because I can no longer play three finger style due to a thumb injury. The Deering Top Frosted Banjo Head 11" Medium Crown was purchased and installed in March 2024. Please note that there is a slightly wider bridge spacing. In Dec. 2023, I purchased a second bridge, a Deering 5/8 Smile Banjo Bridge with Terry Baucom spacing. I have also included a 11/16 Deering Smile Terry Baucom spaced bridge. The banjo is in overall very good condition. There is expected light tarnishing on some metal parts and normal wear from playing. I could find no dings or dents. Spikes are installed on frets 7, 8 and 9. Four (4) sets of Deering Terry Baucom strings included. The Deering CASE is in good condition with a few expected very small dents and dings that do not show up in photos.
