The booklet is a "Souvenir Sales Brochure from the Community of Tomorrow;" it displays the features of "the idea home" and is illustrated throughout in black-and-white; on the back appears WDI's Tribute to the attraction that "represented, more than anything, the spirit and vision in which Tomorrowland was conceived." In its ten years of existence "more than 20 million guests filed into the home, through its hallways and across its plastic floors." This item is just like new: NEAR MINT condition.
