Not sealed in shrinkwrap but otherwise in Like New condition, except for the minor flaw that the "points" at the outside corners of the game board are slightly blunted from sliding around inside the box. All pieces are here (fold-open gameboard, 100 letter tiles, four trays with character inserts, instructions). Outer box measures approximately 12 inches by 13 inches by 2 inches. You'll love it!
