It is circa the late 1980s.as the second type of flanger issued by DOD. This example is in good working order and is as is common missing the battery door (its a DOD thing). The rubber pad on the bottom was missing I purchased this and I have install standard feet as shown. The knobs are non original. Thanks for looking!
