This note is obviously circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/jagged in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (due to the note being in the holder I can't tell if there are any large tears, but several smaller tears exist); no holes that I could see.
