Description: An impressive example of a Handel reverse painted foliate table lamp Art Nouveau patinated bronze base, the chipped ice finish shade signed “G. Morley” and “Handel 6688,” with “Handel Lamps” stamped in the bronze top of the shade, with an illegible Patd No ????”, as well as a Fabric Handel Lamps label attached to the base felt. Dates to the early 20th century in very good overall condition, with a few surface imperfections, very minor edge flea bites, and light wear commensurate with age and use. There appear to be no cracks or breaks. The lamp base was rewired at some point. Dimensions: Overall: 23 ¼” H x 18” diameter shade x 7” diameter base.
