Description: This is an old German made lidded beer stein featuring a Bear as Little John of Robin Hood fame, hunting for foxes. Reads, "Waidmann Lieber Waidmann Schau Der Fuchs Als Jager 1st Auch Schlau" (Hunter, Dear Hunter Look, The Fox Is Clever). In very good condition. No chips. Stands 10-3/4" high with lid closed.
