Description: Offered is the 9-Inch Radio Speaker, 1920's vintage. Clean frame, cone in great condition. Working-makes pops and noises when battery-tested. The wiring terminals are hidden behind the magnet assembly, but short pigtails remain for wire hookup. Voice coil measures about 1 193K ohms on the DMM. Similar to the RCA 100 Series speakers as well as the many Peerless models. This one is marked Model 612 on the horseshoe magnet bracket, but no manufacturers name can be found. Mounting holes are at 8 1/2 inches measured diagonally across the outermost flange perimeter of the frame. The mounting surface on the front has a nice clean felt surround for cushioning.
