Description: TIM requested this 5 1/2 inch by 1 in. double sided leather with the Ukrainian flag colors ov yellow & blue. I added yellow & blue braided nylon .8 thread with inverted "U" along the border. the faceure color ov the back side is a blueish teal that is glued & hand sewn. He also asked for a larger than normal split key ring & we obliged with a 2 inch key ring and we were able to give him, as requested, a silver colored carabiner. with all ov this work, time & materials, Tim's invoice was only $30.00 + S&H.First& foremost, THANK YOU for visiting my store & for placing your order with me. I cannot compete with the prices from China, but what I can do for you is CUSTOMISE your order. Also, every order that needs to be sewn, I sew by hand. Pursuant to the item, I, with 70 years’ experience, know how far to space the stiches, so they are NOT so close that the leather is weakened along that line. In all probability 95% ov all ov my patterns, I designed myself and many items are “one of a kind” and I will never make another one just like the one that you purchased, [unless you ask me to]. Your order starts out with me making a pattern, then tracing the pattern onto a side ov leather. Then carefully cutting it out, then tooling &/or stamping the design. Then dying the leather & waiting for it to dry. Wetting the leather to whatever work is needed for it, and again waiting for it to dry. Then punching the stitch holes or rivet holes & then the tedious time devouring task of HAND SEWING. Last but not least, putting the finish coat on your order. CUSTOM orders require, at best, a 50% non-refundable deposit. I will draw up your request & you will “sign-off” your approval Then and only then will I start to cut the leather. Please remember that leather is become very expensive as are the necessary tools. YOUR time is valuable, as is the talent, knowledge, and the time ov the craftsman’s. I do not work like a lot of my competitors, they, on average take the cost of ALL ov their materials & then multiply it by at least 3 = their retail price.
