Description: Antique, October 23 1879 to March 8 1881 Engine Company 35 Orders Foreman record log book. Book is numbered up to 481 pages with pages 1 through 480 being filled in by hand for the full year. Book is in one piece but the spine face is mostly completely worn away and is flaking and is continuing to flake. Interior of the book is clean and well intact with all pages still easily legible. Exterior shows obvious chipping, flaking and general wear to the exterior with flaking from age to the spine face continuing. Book measures approximately 14 1/8 x 9 x 1 1/2 inches and weighs about 5 1/4 pounds.
