Description: Our book is from the first, limited edition published in 1940, and is one of 500 copies; The limited edition was published with a matching blue, cloth-covered slipcase, has silver coating to the top textblock edge, deckled right textblock edge, and was printed on rag paper; This book was dedicated to Nina Livermore, and our copy has a gift inscription written by Nina Livermore on the dedication page which reads, "To my friend, Oscar Weber / Nina Livermore"; The covers of the book are very well-preserved with minor rubbing to the spine; Foxing to the right textblock edge; The silver coating to the top textblock edge is excellent, and the bottom textblock edge is unblemished; The front endpaper and title page has unfortunately been removed from the book; The other endpapers and all text pages are all excellent and unamarked; The binding is tight with a straight spne; Minor overall wear to the slipcase with a faint ring-mark on one side; 1940, Duell, Sloan & Pearce; Hardcover binding with matching slipcase; "How To Trade In Stocks," by Jesse Livermore.
