Description: A well used but still serviceable set of Skate Skis, Fischer RCS, 190 cm, 42-44-44 with Rottefella NNN skate bindings. Also included is a set of skate poles, Swix Comp Ultra Light Performance, 160 cm in length. Skate skiing requires longer poles than traditional skiing and the 160's would be appropriate for skiers from 5'8" to 5'10" in height. The skis with bindings weigh 1380 grams and the poles weigh 462 grams. This would be a great starter set for the recreational skier or for someone who would like to try skate skiing for a season before going all in on an expensive new set of skis. If you already have a skate ski setup, this might be a great second set to use in marginal snow conditions to preserve your good set when rocks or debris might be present. The skis have the typical scars from several seasons of use and the straps on the poles have obvious wear (see photos), but they are not compromised in any way and should be serviceable for many miles to come. Here is a perfect opportunity to give this sport a try without spending tons of cash on new gear or in rental fees. All you need to complete your setup is an NNN Skate boot and some glide wax.
