Driver side installation only. Compressor Compatibility Designed to suit the ARB twin compressor only. Unfortunately the comparable TJM compressor is not suitable for use with this product. Air Outlet Position ARB and Ford dealers install the air outlet in the lower right corner of the tub. Whilst this is also possible with the AusMotion bracket, we recommend that you fit an AusMotion accessory panel with air outlet on the passenger side of the tub. This keeps the air outlet much higher where it wont get damaged or obstructed by objects you're carrying in the vehicle. Important Installation Notes – Please read before ordering The compressor is installed in the gap between the inner and outer skins of the tub and the bracket carries the weight of it from the inside. When looking at tub you’ll see 8 indentations which have the same dimensions as the ARB twin compressor plus another for the air quick-connect. This is where Ford have worked with ARB to provide a defined location for the compressor. This product can be fitted either with or without a tub liner – However, if you have a tub liner you have to remove and re-fit it during installation of the compressor bracket. To install the compressor you first mount the bracket as shown here then drill through the tub, you then get an assistant to hold the compressor up between the inner and outer skin and bolt through from the inside of the tub to secure it in position. When installed you will see the bracket as shown here plus the 8 bolt heads. No additional wiring is included with this product. We recommend that wiring is carried out by a qualified auto electrician. Wiring and air hosing is the responsibility of the installer. This item listing is for the bracket only.
