On Starr's personal letterhead, he chats with a fellow bookplate-collecting enthusiast: "I am glad that you are to be in the famous old building in Jackson Park, with 'your Library' next spring. May you be happy and successful with it. I shall be in Chicago in February-March. I fear that will be too early to see you in all your glory...." Boldly penned and signed in full.
