This is because too often I see other sellers give positive feedback to a buyer, then in turn the buyer gives negative feedback and in many of those cases (not all) the buyer is being unreasonable. Description:If a description is not as informative as you may like, well, that’s not the same as “not as described”. It is absolutely as described, just maybe not as you would have described it. Every listing I post is 100% accurate. I do my best to capture as many imperfections as possible in the photos with in the limits of technology and number of photos allowed. If you’re buying on a smart phone through the eBay app, use the zoom feature or look at it on a computer monitor. On books I have multiple copies of, I will list a conservative grade. I consider myself to be a hard grader because it's better to under grade than over grade when selling books. Nobody ever complains if a book is higher grade than they expect. Shipping:All raw comics bagged and boarded (usually double boarded) Ships in gemini mailers or box depending on the size of the order. Single raw comics will typically ship in a toploader. Slabs are shipped in a box.I get stuff out in 24 hours or less... Usually.Sometimes I may use UPS for larger orders or slabbed books. Ground Advantage from the post office is my primary shipping method but sometimes UPS may be the better option due to speed and price considerations. Returns: I do accept returns, however there are few conditions. 14 days, money back, buyer pays return shipping. This is because I find there are people out there that have gotten accustom to just changing their mind about stuff, lack impulse control and some people that are just plan shady. Contact me first before going to eBay. Let's see if we can get it worked out. If I screw up, I'll always take care of it and wave any return shipping charges or fees. The raw books must be shipped back in the same or similar packaging. This is to insure it comes back in the condition it left. This also insures the correct size and weight for the postage. If you use other packaging, the postage will have to be adjusted and most likely I'll having to pay additional postage to physically get the item back. I do not have to issue a refund until the post office completes delivery. If the postage is wrong, they will not even attempt delivery and it can sit there at the postoffice and your refund will not be completed until the additional postage is paid. If additional postage is owed, it will come out of the refund amount I issue. The reason will be "opened" with a more detailed explanation in the comments about additional postage required.Graded/Slabbed Comics:Any item graded by a 3rd party grading company (CGC, CBCS, PGX or any other company) is sold with the understanding that whatever grade given is the accepted industry standard and not up for debate. Some collectors think that a 9.8 grade should be “flawless”, that’s completely inaccurate. If a book is “flawless”, it would be a 10, not a 9.8. If you disagree with the grade the company gave the item, that is not a legitimate reason to claim item was “not as described” or to assess unfavorable feedback. At that point your dispute is with the grading company and not me. Do to the production process for encapsulation for graded books, cases may have scratches and imperfections. When I notice them, I try to included them in the photos. However, do to the fact that I also bring my graded books to comic conventions, sometimes additional scratching may occur after photos have been uploaded. Personally, I believe that if a case is scratched, it's doing its job. Which is to protect the book inside and keep it the condition indicated on the label. Global Shipping:I make sure that any item I send out will match the photos in the listing. However I can not make that guarantee on items shipped though the eBay Global Shipping Program. I have no idea what they do or changes they may make to the packaging before it is shipped to you. It’s completely out of my control.Combined Shipping:I do combined shipping on the same invoice, If total does not update in cart, request a new invoice. When buying multiple items and requesting a new invoice, I will choose to upgrade shipping based on what is the best option considering price, weight, safe packing and shipping time. There is no additional cost for additional items added to the order in most cases.
