Depicts Long horned sheep being hunted by mountain lion / cougar. #123/1500. Measures 24 inches wide by 20 inches long. Excellent condition. There's one minor mini fold on the bottom right (see photos), although this would be flattened and unseen when framed. This incredible lithograph by Guy Coheleach was purchased directly from the artist by my parents. This litho, along with a few other Coheleach lithos were intended as artwork for my father's new office. We found these prints stored in the back of a coat closet in our family home, still in their original shipping box. They'd been in that box and closet likely since 1981! Our home was smoke-free, and these prints were never exposed to dampness or sunlight. It's likely that the lithos were only taken out of the shipping box once or twice, just to look! We think that our parents must've forgotten about these lithos, because they were never framed or displayed as originally intended. The litho is part of the Regency House Art series of limited edition Guy Coheleach wildlife lithographs. It's stamped RHA (Regency Art House) and hand-numbered (123) on the bottom left. On the bottom right, the lithograph has the stamped artist's name, plus his hand-signature. This particular Coheleach scene is very rare.
