WHITE SPOTS AND STREAKS ARE REFLECTIONS AND GLARE FROM THE LIGHTING. Measures 3 1/2 inches long by 1 5/8ths inches high and 3 inches wide. HK 1999 crest on the bottom. No cracks, chips, gouges or stains. I find no damage or flaws on this piece. This unique and well-composed trinket box is clean, bright and ready for service and display.
