We try to answer your questions below. We only sell new products in original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We would like for you to be happy with your purchase. However if you are not we can exchange your item or refund your money. All returns must have an R/A number from us. Make sure it is in it's original un-opened package to avoid a restocking fee. If your item is defective or arrives damaged please contact us immediately to resolve this. Save all the boxes and packing material. You will still need an R/A number. Shipping is only refundable if it is broken, damaged or the wrong item. You will need to send it through the Post Office. You would be amazed how many people want us to send it UPS to a PO Box. We ship via USPS on all international orders.
