RECIPE IDEA: LEMON RASPBERRY SCONES Ingredients: 3/8 cup Hoosier Hill Farm Heavy Cream Powder 1 cup water 8 tbsp butter 2 cups all-purpose flour 6 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt Zest of 1 lemon ½ cup fresh raspberries For the Glaze: 2 cups powdered sugar 3 tbsp milk 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Mix Heavy Cream Powder with 1 cup water and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, lemon zest, and salt in a medium bowl. Melt butter in a bowl. Combine chilled heavy cream with melted butter, stirring until clumps form.
