Description: This printer does not come with the installation disc however you can download the driver to use this printer here: "www.printerdrivers.com/hp-photosmart-c5280-driver/" This power cord is brand new, I bought it online a few weeks ago. The printer is fully functional although it does need new ink cartridges. I left the old ones in so whoever buys this will know exactly what kind of ink you buy. The ink cartridges for this printer are very cheap. Only thing I didn't like about this printer is that its not wireless. It's in excellent shape, some minor scratches but photos are of the actual printer you'll receive. If you have any questions feel free to ask and I'll do my best to respond quickly.
