Description: This is a nice vintage J.C. Higgins (sold by Sears) spinning reel for parts or repair! THIS IS A LARGE REEL!Made by Brevete, France, I would guess from the 1960's. Seems to be missing the spool, and I believe another part (cup) that goes behind the spool. This reel is BIG; fully extended, measures approx. 8 inches; and a little over 6 inches tall. Nice and clean, and the action works very smoothly. Bail works fine, and the anti-reverse works fine. See photos for condition.
