JC Penny Vintage Sz 11/12 White Satin & lace Wedding Dress Bridal Gown ILGWU

Description: Description True vintage JC Penney wedding dress is southern belle princess style with fitted lace covered bodice and lace sleeves that have elastic that goes over the shoulders. The bottom part of the elbow sleeves are satin. The tunneled elastic still has some stretch but may need to be replaced. The sweetheart neckline is trimmed with lace, as is the vee at the waist of the bodice. From the waist, the satin over-skirt gets fuller and the lace takes over center stage to the floor and train. This is meant to be worn with an A-line crinoline underneath, which I did not have for the photos. It has a lace train in back. This has a back zipper. I believe this is from around the 1960's to 1970's and it is still absolutely gorgeous. This is a classic, romantic and feminine wedding dress/bridal gown that will never go out of style. *Note: Veil and headpiece shown in some photos are not included in this listing, but may be listed separately. Condition is previously owned, gently used vintage. I believe this is from the late 1960's to 1970's, and I don't see any issues other than maybe replacing the elastic at the shoulders. There may be some scapes or soiling in the fabric here and there, consistent with age (50 to 60 years) and storage, and this has not been dry cleaned. Other than that, it's in wonderful condition and still in style today, and still a beautiful dress. This is a traditional gown that will make you feel like Cinderella.
