Description: JP Limoges Hand Painted Red & Yellow Nasturtiums & Gold 9 1/4 Inch Plate Nice antique French porcelain plate. Nicely decorated in the Aesthetic Style with red and yellow nasturtium flowers with gold gilt highlights. With a pink border with clouded gold gilt overlay. Marked on the reverse in green J. P. L. over France. This mark was used by Jean Pouyat in Limoges France between 1891 and 1932. Has some wear to the gilding and a gilded over chip to the front edge, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 9 1/4 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
