Description: For your consideration is this large antique original landscape oil painting on canvas. It is by Illinois/Colorado artist Frank Falk, (1869- ) and is signed lower left. It comes in what looks like an original gold gilt wood frame that measures 29 1/2 x 35 1/2" overall. The stretched canvas image measures 24x30" Mr. Falk lived and worked in Illinois, Colorado and Sweden. My guess is this one is likely Colorado. It remains in very nice as found original condition with some typical craquelure through the center, but nothing that is loose or un-stable.
